Bumble BFF presents Break Up With Bad on January 8th from 5:30-8:00pm (doors open at 5pm!) at The Hutton House! It is that time of year to say goodbye to the bad habits, and kick off 2019 with a healthier you!
There will be yoga by Carrie Wessling of Tiger Fit followed by a panel discussion from influential people to help you break up with bad in areas of fitness, nutrition, money, and organization. We will end the night with a goals and gratitude session by DK Fitness!
5:00 – Doors open
5:30 – Yoga starts
6:00 – Goals and Gratitude session
6:30- Drinks, food, shop, chat!

Liz Krueger’s passion for fitness and nutrition began shortly after meeting Dan. From there, they grew DK Fitness from the ground up as a couple. Liz strongly believes nutrition and fitness can help anyone achieve a greater sense of happiness and purpose in their life, as it did for her. She continues to inspire and support her followers/clients, by showing them you can have/do it all, if you put in the work and change habits. She truly lives by example and demonstrates daily that the foundation to any great life is to have goals, be accountable, and ensure you make yourself “busy” with the things/people you love!

Daniel Krueger is the founder DK Fitness, a Nutritional Coaching Company that specializes in creating customized programs that are built around the specific needs of their clients. Daniel was born in St Louis Park, MN and received his undergraduate from The University of St Thomas, in St Paul. Around the age of 19, Daniel developed a personal passion for the health and fitness field.Dan Received his Fitness Nutrition Certification from ISSA in 2015. Now, in 2018, the goal of DK Fitness is to help as many individuals as possible. This will be achieved through networking and providing massive amounts of value to clients. That is the formula that provided DK Fitness the opportunity to grow over the past 5 years.
