Just in case you weren’t aware, my hair has been to hell and back in the last year. My tresses have endured not only many rounds of extensions, but six months of chemotherapy. Yes, I am fortunate to have not lost all of my hair, but let’s just say my hair definitely felt the rumbles of #JeannasChemoHell.
I have tried a million different things to tame my crazy hair that’s growing back and give it some shine and softness. It’s lacking in the luster department, but I have found a gem of a product.
I bought this transformation in a jar at M – The Art of Hair in Excelsior, but you can find it online or at any salons that carry Kerastase. It’s a hair mask, but I use it as a conditioner every time I wash my hair with the matching shampoo (which is only twice a week). It’s from the Nutritive line of care. This collection is designed for severely dry hair, and replenishes and restores the hair’s surface. You are probably wondering if it weighs my hair down…. no, not at all.
I’ve been using it for a month now and people have actually made comments about how great my hair is looking. It’s a mix between this product and the collagen that I take (coming in a future post because it’s AMAZE).
So, if your hair could use a big drink of magical moisture, you should really get your hands on this goodness. It’s perfect timing too as we head into the deep freeze of winter.
