Mpls.St.Paul Magazine is bringing it back – Fit Fest! It’s going to be better than ever.
This fitness extravaganza has something for all of those that love to sweat. There are a variety of group fitness classes taught by local and nationally recognized instructors, seminars on everything from pain management to skin care tips, and a huge health and fitness expo where you can shop snacks, clothing and other fitness related products.
The class lineup is a fitness enthusiast’s dream! You will find barre classes, cycle classes, rowing classes, circuit training, boot camp, yoga, and so much more. If you are going, I will make one recommendation, go visit my personal trainer, Ryan Franz, from HIT Results Fitness. I’ve been seeing him for over five years – he knows his stuff. He’ll be offering a 45-minute introductions to his specialized strength training workouts.
