I’ve been meaning to get my hands on a Tess+Tricia necklace for awhile now. I knew my favorite little boutique, Sisu (Woodbury), carried them, but I haven’t been able to get over there for a couple of months. So, to my surprise, when I went to take a yoga class at CorePower in Eden Prairie, I saw the lovely little antler tipped necklaces hanging there. There was one lonely beaded one left. It was meant to be and it came home with me.
The first day I wore it, I got so many compliments. It hangs at the perfect length. Sometimes it’s so hard to find a longer necklace that hits at good spot – usually it’s a tad too short. Not the Tess+Tricia pieces! This particular necklace hangs 10 inches from the neck and the antler tips range in length from 2.5-3.5 inches. I love that these pieces are so versatile – throw it on with a tee, a sweater, or a blouse and you’re good to go.
The antler tips are naturally shed (no deer were harmed in the making of the jewelry). Fun fact: in many cultures, shed antlers are a sign of wisdom, courage and growth – when a deer sheds them, they have reached a fresh, new chapter in their life.
I think I need one of their bracelets now!
So, now you have an excuse to take a yoga class at CorePower. Just a reminder that your first week is FREE at all CorePower Yoga studios.
