Bachelorette Weekend Fun.

Bachelorette Weekend Fun.

The countdown is on until my baby sister gets married on the beautiful island of St. John. But, first things first, we had to throw her a bachelorette partay!

Jasmin (the bride-to-be) flew in from Denver on Thursday night and we had a little girls day on Friday. Barre class at Haute Barre and mani / pedis at A La Mode Boutique & Nail Spa. Then, after a bit of rest we went to West End to start “part one” of her party.

We had a small gathering at The Brush Studio. The Brush Studio is this great little place where you let your inner artist come out and the entire group paints one chosen painting. The “class” is led by a former art teacher that makes it easy and fun. Oh, and you can orders snacks, beer and wine. I think the wine helps!

Our fun group of ladies!

The finished product! Not too bad, right!?

The next afternoon is when “part two” would commence…..

We reserved a suite at the Le Meridien Chambers Hotel downtown Minneapolis. It was a great room with lots of space for entertaining 15 lovely ladies. The champagne was flowing, the beer was abundant and our sweet teeth were covered. Jasmin received lots of great gifts to impress her fiancé.

Next up was dinner at Marin, which was right downstairs from our suite. Marin is a showcase for inventive, health-conscious cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients served in a beautiful and refined urban setting. The food, drinks and service was excellent.

Marin was fab!

Cocktail Safari followed dinner. A limo service picked us up and brought us to three different establishments and we were served an array of drinks and appetizers at each place. We went to The Living Room and Prohibition at the W Hotel, then headed to Bradstreet Crafthouse at the Graves|601 Hotel. After our safari we landed back at our suite, ate some candy (well, I did) and hung out for a bit before all the girls parted ways.

The beautiful bride and three good sports.

It was a super fun night! Now it’s time to get ready for the wedding! One month and we will all be beaching it in the USVI!

xoxo,

Jeanna
