It’s cold, -10 to be exact. Today was a hot yoga and cleanse prep day.
I picked up all of my goodies for my MAKwellness cleanse and I am READY!
Day one (which will be tomorrow), I will have to give up a couple of my favorite things – sugar and caffeine. There are other things I can and can’t have, but these will be the hardest to be without.
One thing I can have every single day of the cleanse is a delicious Winter Root Vegetable Soup. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between if I had to. It’s that good. I’m actually preparing it right now. All that’s left is to puree it. Yum.
Other than this soup, I will be nourishing my body with fruits, veggies, and on certain days fish, whole grains, yogurt and other clean eats.
