Okay, I am halfway through! I would be completely lying if I said it were a breeze.
However, I am not longer rocking that killer headache. I had moments today where I wasn’t thinking about my next chocolate or caffeine fix.
I’m getting there and it didn’t take Betty Ford to help this addict.
My day was fruits, veggies, fat free greek yogurt, fruit smoothie, nuts and a lara bar.
Each day more food is eliminated from my diet. Tomorrow will be the hardest day. It’s basically fruits, veggies, and legumes.
