It’s Workout Wednesday – so here it is – only 23 minutes of 1 minute on, 1 minute off! So really, it’s half rest. This is a good one for the morning to get the energy flowing. If you are feeling really good – take 30 second rests instead of 1 minute.
I may have to do this one in the morning to help offset my happy hour tomorrow night. I’ll be over at the Galleria picking up some vacation goodies and meeting my girlfriend for a cocktail at Pittsburgh Blue. They’re supposed to offer up a pretty good happy hour. I’ll let you all know.
