You’ve been hearing all about it – High Intensity Training or “HIT”. HIT training is built on the principle that exercise should be intense, brief, and infrequent. Using the HIT method, you’ll perform exercises with a high level of effort, which stimulates your body to increase muscle strength. Increasing lean muscle tissue increases your metabolic rate, which enables your body to burn fat more rapidly.
HIT Results Fitness (located in St. Louis Park) is one of only a handful of facilities in the area that uses the HIT method. They offer in one-on-one strength training with an experienced trainer. Your workouts will be limited to only 30-45 minutes – so for those of you that “don’t have time”, no more excuses. Ryan Franz is the Owner and General Manager of HIT Results Fitness. He has over six years of professional experience as a personal trainer, manager and coach. He received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Coaching from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is both an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSA) Certified Personal Trainer and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. He also works as an assistant strength and conditioning coach and football coach at Edina High School.
The workouts are affordable – one-on-one sessions ($45-$55) or small group training of 2-3 clients ($25-$32). Your first workout is free – no obligations.
