Muscles Are Good

Muscles Are Good

Muscles. Are. Good.

Here’s one thing I hear the most from the ladies about lifting weights….

“I don’t want to get bulky”.

Well, good news. You won’t turn into the Incredible Hulk. You won’t look like a bodybuilder. You will, however, look and feel better.

Excuse number two….

“I don’t have time”.

Again, great news, I have found your workout.

You must try Discover Strength.

Your full body workout will only be 30 – 45 minutes once a week. (Twice if you really want, but not necessary) The trainers are top notch and will take you through a workout guaranteed to fully exhaust every muscle group. They push you to your greatest potential. You will work from the minute you walk in until you leave. And by work, I don’t mean chit chat about your day while doing a couple squats. I mean work.

Their workouts are scientifically based. They don’t jump on the latest fitness trend bandwagon; they actually look at scientific evidence to determine what is best for you. What this means is that you won’t be standing on a fitness ball while doing one-legged squats. They keep things simple, but results driven.

Look, DS isn’t a facility I just decided to visit and write about just because. I have been training with them for almost three years now. I am their biggest advocate. I seriously believe they offer the best weight-training workout. They are professional, affordable, and really do produce great results.

Oh, and your first workout is free. No more excuses.
